Calamar Management Services is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Property Leasing Sales Specialist for our Connect55 Communities. Connect55 is one of the largest market leaders in Active Adult living in North America, with 30 properties and growing! We have with several more properties opening in the next 12 months!! As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from inquiry through leasing signing. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is an expert in community outreach and marketing to attract potential tenants. This is primarily a sales role.

Overall Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grow lease volume each month to achieve 95%+ occupancy.
• Provide tours to prospective tenants.
• Process applications to ensure applicants qualify, including running their credit check and following up with their references
• Leverage personal connections within the market to cultivate referral partnerships and develop new partnerships on a weekly basis.
• Must adhere to our proven sales process and be willing to be available when prospective clients want to tour the property.

What Calamar Is Seeking

• High school diploma or GED certificate is required, Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience leasing residential apartment properties, experience with adult active living a plus. Traditional senior living experience is welcomed.
• Demonstrated ability advertising and promoting properties to target 95% plus occupancy
• Proven sales track record in high volume Property Leasing.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively drive awareness and interest for potential tenants.
• Must be goal oriented and a self-started to ensure achievement of milestones.
• Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work weekends & after-hours events to achieve sales targets
• Is self-motivated and has a positive attitude with exceptional customer service & relationship building skill
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
